Dual study program

If you want to gain varied professional experience and a university degree at the same time, the Rheinmetall dual study program is just the thing for you. In the practical stages, which you will complete in one of our business divisions, you will be entrusted with responsibility early on and can make direct practical use of the academic knowledge you have acquired. Our partner universities are distinguished by small class sizes and intensive supervision.

As well as personal support in the company, we will provide you with a monthly training allowance. You will thus be financially independent and can concentrate fully on your studies.
